Box Jigs are very helpful for successful Box or Candle holder construction.
SQUARING AND TACK FUSING JIG is used to line up and square your side pieces and to tack them together. The opening on the outside allows for tack soldering. When all four sides are attached you can add the bottom and tack fuse while it is still in the jig and square.
SOLDERING JIG is used to achieve a perfect position for soldering without having the solder 'run'.
TIP: Use 50/50 solder to fill the V in the join. It sets up faster and therefore you will have less bleed through of the molten solder. Use 60/40 solder to add your finishing bead.
